Refund Policy
We only offer refunds for a period of five days. We regretfully cannot offer an exchange or refund if your goods has passed the five-day mark since purchase.
Only products that are undamaged and in the same condition as when the user received them are eligible for a refund.
Certain products are not eligible for exchanges or refunds. Food, magazines, rings, jewelry, and other perishable items are not covered by the refund and exchange policy because they are made to order based on the user’s size. Products that users swap for counterfeit goods are not accepted by us.
We do need the product receipt in order to process the refund.
In certain situations, only a partial reimbursement is started, such as:
Books that show some wear and tear
anything that is original yet has missing or damaged pieces.
items that were returned after five days of delivery.
Refund
Once we receive the refund request we will send an email to notify them that we have received their return item. We will tell you the approval or the rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved the return amount will be processed and credited directly to the original mode of the payment.
Late or missing refund
Check your bank account and get in touch with your credit card company if you haven’t received your refund. The detailed posting of the refund can occasionally take some time. Check your bank account once more. Get in touch with Astrologer Karan Shastri Ji if you have completed all the procedures and have yet to receive your reimbursement.
Sale items
The items in the sale do not cover under the refund policy
Exchange
We only exchange things that are damaged or faulty. Send us an email if you would like to exchange the same.
Shipping
Order delivery typically takes 7–10 days to reach the customer’s door.
The user must return the item to our address on their own. The cost of shipping a returned item will be the user’s responsibility.
We will suggest that the user select the tracking option if they are shipping more than 10,000 items. We cannot promise that your stuff will reach us.
Shipping Policy in India:
We offer free shipping throughout India. We use courier services like DTDC, Blue Dart, and others to deliver the goods. There are no shipping fees for the customer; everything is covered when the goods is bought.
Shipping Policy outside India:
It takes thirty to thirty-five days to ship internationally. We will reimburse the money within 40 to 45 days if there is ever an issue with the product’s shipment (applying to international delivery).
